Natsuki was a prolific supporting actor at Toho during the 1950s and 1960s. Recognizable by his high forehead and frequently worried expression, he appeared in dozens of films, often in uncredited background roles.

His filmography includes appearances in Kurosawa Akira's Seven Samurai (1954) and Yojimbo (1961), as well as numerous Honda Ishiro special effects films. He is best remembered by genre fans for his role as a substation engineer in the original Godzilla (1954), where he is featured in a lingering shot as he shuts down the power grid during the monster's rampage.
